3- On Forgot Password Activity :- We take user information such as email id and try to validate this email id in the database and if there is a user with the same email id exist in our database we send new password to his email id , this is to ensure no one else other then the user have access to his data.

4- Billing Details:- Billing Information, such as debit card number, credit card number and billing address;

The language of arbitration proceeding shall be English. The seat and place of arbitration shall be Ajmer (Raj.) and the decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties herein.

This contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India and shall be governed by the Indian laws.
